The pictures must be 2mb or below (you may need to crop the picture to make it smaller to fit the size)
The pictures must be sent in as a JPEG we can not accept any other format of picture, however you are more than welcome to send it in as a PDF.
Please ensure that you put the name of the patient and DOB on the email and if you know the name of who requested the pictures (Dr or Nurse)
If you are sending in any Ad Hoc pictures, please advise this on the email that you do not have an appointment.

Instructions in how to send in a picture:
Take picture on phone or tablet.
Open emails, create an email send to: Fife.parkroadadministrator@nhs.scot
Enter in the subject box: Name, DOB, appointment time or who the appointment is with.
Attach the picture, jpeg, word document or pdf (it would be the paper clip somewhere on the email that you are creating).
Then send.
