We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager in writing only
Park Road Practice
The Health Centre
Complaints will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt in the Practice. The Practice Manager will then conduct a full investigation of the complaint. The Practice aims to respond to all complaints within 28 working days although there will be times when this will not be possible.
If you are unable to complain yourself someone else can do this for you but only with your written permission.
A concern may be dealt with quicker than a complaint.
Comments & Suggestions
The Practice welcomes views and comments on the services it provides. If you have a comment or suggestion that you think would improve our services, please complete a Comments/ Suggestions slip to be found in the GP waiting area and then post it in the box provided.
