We are working extremely hard in order to process within our time scales but this may not be possible.

Please note that all sicklines are to be collected, previously we had offered emailing as part of covid precautions., the email service has now been withdrawn. If you are very ill and can not come and collect the slickline, we will in certain circumstances allow the emailing of them.
