Over the past few months we are seeing an increase in requests via email for making appointments, general enquiries.
We can not make appointments via email, you must call into the practice between 8-1pm 2-5:30pm – Our lines are closed between 1-2pm unless it is an emergency.
The mail box is looked at regularly throughout the day but we do advise that if cancelling an appointment to call in to ensure that your request is actioned.
Please ensure that the name of the patient and DOB are included on all emails.
To request a prescription it is easier to use the On line Medication Request form that is on the front page of the website, rather than emailing directly. We will still accept this request. Please note all prescription request are done with 2 working days, if they are sent to a pharmacy it is out with our control the timescales from when they receive it to when it is ready for collection from them.
