Park Road Practice (Rosyth)

Coming to the Practice

  • We are currently operating telephone consultations and F2F appointments. When you call for an appointment you will be asked what you would prefer.
  • Our reception team will also ask you the nature of the problem, this is to ensure that you are given the right clinician,  directed to the appropriate service. Our reception staff are only doing what they have been asked to do by Guidelines and Clinicians.
  • You will still need to wear a face mask when coming to the surgery.  You are NOT required to wear gloves but ask that upon entering and leaving the building you use the alcohol gel available in reception – Please DO NOT use your mobile phone once you have sanitised your hands
  • If you have a  High Blood Pressure, CKD or Diabetes review you will only be required to come to the surgery for your blood test, the review appointment will be via telephone with the nurses.
  • As a practice we would prefer for all prescriptions to go to your nominated pharmacy please allow a few days from ordering to collecting it from the pharmacy of your choice,  we are not able to advise on the pharmacy timescales, please check directly with them
  • Sick lines may be collected from main reception or emailed. You will be asked this when requesting the sickline. All sicklines are emailed between 4-6pm.
