This is due to a new appointment system.
You can make a routine telephone or F2F appointment at any time to discuss any concerns with the Dr.
Same day URGENT appointments are released at 8am each morning, please note the criteria for an urgent appointment is that the clinical problem is not ongoing or has been present for a long time. It should be a medical problem that has occurred within the last 24/48 hours. They are for urgent acute medical problems only.
The reception staff will ask you in the first instance if your medical problem is urgent, you will then be offered the first available appointment with the appropriate clinician, this may be an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or an Ambulance Prescriber Practitioner.
